Our apps use third‑party AI services (e.g., OpenAI, DeepSeek) to provide features. Prompts, inputs, or content you submit to AI features may be processed by these providers to deliver results and for safety/abuse prevention per their policies. Avoid submitting personal or sensitive data in prompts or uploads. You may opt out of AI features by not using them or by contacting us.

16. CREDITS SYSTEM

Certain features require credits. Credits are non‑refundable, non‑transferable, and may be forfeited if your account is terminated for policy violations. Local consumer law rights, where applicable, are not affected.

17. USER‑GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)

Content you upload or generate within our apps (including prompts, files, images, and outputs) remains your responsibility. You must have the necessary rights and ensure your content complies with our terms and applicable law. We may host, process, transmit, and display your UGC to provide the Services.
